and follow these simple instructions:

For Money Order or Cash Payments:

Completed order forms and payment (exact change or money order, made payable to BreakPointe) must be brought by the church by MONDAY, MAY 5th, 2008 by 10:00am.

Mailed payments must be received by the close of the business day
on FRIDAY, MAY 2nd, 2008. Please call the church office during the week days at 913.541.0151 prior to coming to make sure someone is available to receive your order.

For EBT Vision Food Stamp Payments:

Completed order forms must be brought by the church no later than
10:00am on MONDAY, MAY 5th, 2008.

An appointment is required for EBT purchases so please call the church office at
913.541.0151 and speak to Pat Rider, Church Administrator.

SATURDAY - THE CHURCH OFFICE IS CLOSED - NO ORDERS WILL BE RECEIVED
SUNDAY - 8:00am - 12:00pm (Money Order and Cash payments ONLY (PLEASE BRING EXACT CHANGE)
